1. Asst. Manager / Executive – QMS

Department: API Production (PPA)
Qualification & Experience: UG/PG in a relevant field with a minimum of 6 years of experience.

Job Description:

  • Plan packing schedules in alignment with production timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with cGMP & Safety norms in PPA.
  • Operate the SCM system for packing and raw material management.
  • Collaborate on preparing, reviewing, and approving validation activities.
  • Initiate CCP, TCCP, and develop BPCR/SOP as per product evaluation and requirements.
  • Handle deviations, OOS/OOT, and CAPA on Trackwise.

2. Officer – Documentation

Department: API Production (PPA)
Qualification & Experience: UG/PG in a relevant field with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Job Description:

  • Craft and maintain BPCRs and SOPs with precision.
  • Manage documentation using EDMS to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Lead training and compliance efforts through LMS.
  • Ensure all production documentation meets regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance for meticulous documentation and compliance.

3. Asst. Manager / Executive – Environment (EHS-API)

Department: Environment (EHS-API)
Qualification & Experience: UG/PG in a relevant field with a minimum of 6 years of experience.

Job Description:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain environmental, health, and safety (EHS) programs.
  • Conduct regular environmental audits and inspections.
  • Identify and mitigate potential environmental risks.
  • Manage waste disposal, recycling, and pollution control programs.
  • Prepare and submit reports to regulatory bodies, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.

4. Executive / Officer – Quality Assurance (API)

Department: Quality Assurance (API)
Qualification & Experience: UG/PG in a relevant field with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Job Description:

  • Conduct online audits, review, and close compliance issues.
  • Handle deviations, OOS/OOT, and CAPA.
  • Initiate change control proposals.
  • Ensure continuous training of employees on cGMP and statutory requirements.
  • Manage EDMS & Trackwise software.

5. Shift Engineer

Department: Engineering (API)
Qualification & Experience: BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Job Description:

  • Manage small and major plant projects related to civil and other activities.
  • Provide engineering solutions for facility maintenance issues.
  • Prepare capex budgets for projects and ensure implementation as per BAR chain.
  • Comply with cGMP and safety guidelines.

6. Manager / Sr. Manager – Engineering (Electrical)

Department: Engineering (API)
Qualification & Experience: BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 8 years of experience.

Job Description:

  • Lead and manage the electrical engineering team.
  • Develop and implement strategies for electrical repair and maintenance.
  • Liaise with government authorities.
  • Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of electrical systems.
  • Ensure all electrical work complies with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.

7. Manager / Sr. Manager – FG Warehouse

Department: FG Warehouse
Qualification & Experience: UG/PG in a relevant field with a minimum of 8 years of experience.

Job Description:

  • Supervise the receipt and dispatch of finished goods.
  • Coordinate with the marketing department.
  • Prepare and submit complaint investigation reports.
  • Manage warehouse operations in compliance with regulatory norms.
  • Maintain demand and supply chains efficiently.
