- Expertise in Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA)
- Conducting and overseeing validation and qualification processes
- Performing cleaning validation
- Conducting risk assessments
- Knowledge of Computer System Validation (CSV) and regulatory requirements
- Handling market complaints and vendor qualification processes
- Managing Out of Specification (OOS) and Out of Trend (OOT) investigations
- Executing product recall procedures and conducting thorough investigations
