Walk-In Interview for Manufacturing – Injectables

Explore Opportunities in Production – Injectable (Filling – IV Bag)

Position: Sr. Associate / Associate
Qualification: B.Pharma / M.Pharma
Experience: 5 to 9 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and troubleshoot Isolators and IV bag filling machines.
• Manage equipment qualifications, including Isolators, RDS, and IV bag filling machines.
• Prepare qualification documents, including protocols, risk assessments, and technical reviews.
• Handle QMS tasks such as investigations, change control, and impact assessments.
• Maintain clean areas, oversee area cleaning, sanitization, and filling operations.
• Ensure compliance with area readiness protocols.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with aseptic operations, qualification of IV bag filling machines, Isolators, and RDS.

Production – Injectables (Manufacturing)

Position: Sr. Associate / Associate
Qualification: B.Pharma / M.Pharma
Experience: 5 to 9 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and troubleshoot automated manufacturing and filtration skids.
• Handle equipment qualifications for manufacturing vessels, autoclaves, part washers, and terminal sterilizers.
• Prepare and review qualification documents, protocols, and risk assessments.
• Perform QMS tasks related to change control, impact assessments, and documentation.
• Oversee clean area maintenance, batch manufacturing, and ensure compliance with area readiness.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with digital platforms such as SCADA, and hands-on experience in equipment qualification and automated manufacturing skids.
