Officer / Associate Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manufacture Tablets/Capsules (Granulation, Compression, Coating, Inspection)
- Plan batch manufacturing in coordination with PPMC
- Monitor line clearance and cleaning of equipment, instruments, and auxiliary items
- Conduct qualification activities
- Initiate QMS activities (Change control, deviation, CAPA, investigation)
- Manage manpower and allocate daily activities
Qualifications:
- Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and cGMP
- Ability to handle and allocate tasks efficiently
Plant Operator/Technical Assistant
Requirements:
- ITI/Diploma with 3-8 years of experience
- Proficiency in operating machines such as:
- Granulation (ACG, Glatt, Tapasya, GEA)
- Fitzpatrick Roll Compactor
- Compression machines (Fette, Korsch)
- Coating machines (Glatt, ACG, Ganson)
- Encapsulation machines (Bochang, Changsung, KDE, GIC, Gamma ACG)
- Wurster Coater (ACG, Glatt, Anish)
- Imprinting, Visual Inspection
- Capsule filling (Adapta, MG2, ACG, ZRO)
- Perform line clearance, operation, and cleaning of equipment/instruments
Packing
Plant Operator/Technical Assistant
Requirements:
- Diploma with 3-12 years of experience
- Skilled in operating machines like:
- CVC bulk packing
- Sachet packing
- Blister packing machines (BQS, ACG, PamPac)
- Perform line clearance, operation, and cleaning of equipment/instruments
Warehouse
Officer/Sr. Executive
Responsibilities:
- Handle warehouse activities including dispensing, raw material, packaging material, and finished goods of Oral Solid Dosage
- Perform online documentation and reconciliation of materials
- Conduct physical stock verification and QMS documentation
- Experience with SAP is preferable
Qualifications:
- B.Sc. with 3-7 years of relevant experience
