Quality Assurance (IPQA & QMS) Department
- Number of Vacancies: 35 (QMS: 15, IPQA: 20)
- Qualifications: M.Pharmacy, B. Pharmacy, M.Sc, or B.Sc (Life Sciences)
- Experience: 2 to 6 years
- Salary Range: 1.6 to 5.4 lakh per annum
Job Description:
- Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Management System within the Probiotics or Non-Aseptic manufacturing facility. Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards, such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Manage change controls, deviations, and incidents by collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring proper closure upon execution.
- Conduct plant rounds to monitor production operations and confirm quality conformance to specifications.
- Review documents, including equipment logbooks and temperature & humidity records.
- Collect in-process and finished samples as per specifications and protocols.
- Supervise raw material/packaging material sampling and dispensing procedures.
- Ensure machine line clearance in the production area.
Quality Control Department
- Number of Vacancies: 10
- Qualifications: M.Pharmacy, B. Pharmacy, M.Sc, or B.Sc (Life Sciences)
- Experience: 2 to 5 years
- Salary Range: 2.6 to 4.8 lakh per annum
Job Description:
- Inspect and/or test products.
- Experience with Aseptic (Injectable) products.
- Test and sample finished products.
- Possess basic communication skills.
- Validate collected samples.
- Perform tasks as required by GLP/GMP according to QC manager’s allocation and report monthly on tasks.
- Audit laboratory worksheets, calibration protocols/reports, and raw data archives to ensure data validity and accuracy.
- Prepare and check Certificates of Analysis for all lots of raw materials and packaging materials tested in the QC Department.
- Maintain the tidiness, orderliness, and cleanliness of the working area.
