We are inviting talented and motivated individuals to be a part of our Specialty Injectables Business located in Shamirpet, Hyderabad.

🧪 Quality Assurance (IPQA)

Designation: Executive / Senior Executive
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc.
Experience: 3 – 9 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure line clearance during manufacturing and packaging processes

• Collect and submit in-process, stability, and finished product samples

• Conduct AQL and periodic control sample inspections

• Review batch manufacturing and packing records

• Prepare defect sets for visual inspection and qualify inspectors

• Exposure to QMS processes including CAPA, Change Control, and Deviations

🏭 Production – Injectable Manufacturing (Parenterals)

Designation: Officer / Senior Officer
Qualification: Diploma / B.Sc.
Experience: 2 – 6 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and clean equipment: Vial washers, sterilizers, PFS fillers, lyophilizers (ALUS)

• Conduct aseptic operations including media fill activities

• Execute manufacturing and compounding operations

Designation: Executive / Senior Executive
Qualification: M.Pharm / B.Pharm
Experience: 2 – 7 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end batch operations including filtration, filling, lyophilization, and sealing

• Monitor cleanroom parameters (NVPC) and perform trend analysis

• Execute aseptic simulation runs and interventions

• Ensure on-floor documentation compliance

🔬 Quality Control (Injectables)

Designation: Executive
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Sc.
Experience: 3 – 5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Proficient in Caliber LIMS master creation

• Perform bioassays (Anti-Xa, Anti-IIa) and chemical assays (Heparin, Enoxaparin)

• Analyze raw materials, finished products, and stability samples

• Skilled in operating HPLC/GC using Empower, UV-Vis, IR, KF, ICP-MS, NMR, TOC, and more

• Responsible for equipment maintenance and calibration activities
