Job Title: Technology Transfer (Executive / Sr Executive)

Job Description: Zydus Lifesciences Ltd. is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Technology Transfer (Executive / Sr Executive).

Qualification & Experience: We are looking for individuals with a B.Pharm/M.Pharm degree and 3-8 years of experience in regulated plants with approvals from organizations such as the USFDA and MHRA. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling and implementing cGMP practices and good documentation practices.

Responsibilities:

• Scale up technology transfer and exhibit batches for commercial products.
• Transfer approved products from one facility to another facility.
• Evaluate and select optimal batch sizes for scaling up using scientific scale-up techniques based on manufacturing processes and equipment capacities for registration batches and launching commercial production.
• Prepare and review master batch documents.
• Validate protocols and reports related to submission batches and process validation.
• Coordinate with regulatory, production, PPMC, QC, QA, and other functions for technology transfer activities.
• Re-validate processes as necessary.
• Troubleshoot technical issues.
• Manage batch size changes and alternate vendor development.

Requirements:

• B.Pharm/M.Pharm degree.
• 3-8 years of experience in regulated plants with approvals from USFDA, MHRA, or similar organizations.
• Hands-on experience in handling and implementing cGMP practices and good documentation practices.
• Strong knowledge of technology transfer processes.
• Familiarity with scientific scale-up techniques.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
