We Are Hiring Experienced Professionals

Biological E. Limited invites dynamic, result-oriented individuals with 2 to 6 years of relevant experience to explore exciting career opportunities in Injectables – Production, QA, and Engineering.

1. Production – Formulations (Injectables)

Designation: Sr. Executive / Executive / Sr. Officer / Officer
Qualification: M.Sc. (Life Sciences), B.Pharmacy, Diploma, B.Sc., ITI

Skill Requirements:

• Blending: Operation & maintenance of autoclaves, blending vessels, CIP & SIP skids; managing formulation shift activities.

• Filling: Handling Vial Washer, Tunnel Sterilizer, Filling & Capping machines; executing filling operations with precision.

• Packing & Labelling: Operation of vial labeling systems, VVM dot machines, batch coding (Videojet & Control Printer), Track & Trace systems, and cold chain equipment monitoring.

2. Quality Assurance – In-Process (Injectables)

Designation: Sr. Executive / Executive
Qualification: M. Pharmacy, M.Sc., B. Pharmacy

Skill Requirements:

• Oversight of Fill-Finish IPQA operations

• SOP and batch record review, media fill validation

• Line clearance, deviation & change control handling

• Investigation of OOS and trend analysis

3. Engineering – Biologics / Injectables

Designation: Sr. Executive / Executive / Sr. Officer / Officer
Qualification: B.Tech, Diploma, ITI (Mechanical / Instrumentation / Fitter)

Skill Requirements:

• Instrumentation Maintenance: BMS, SCADA, PLC systems, calibration, preventive & breakdown maintenance.

• Process Equipment: Troubleshooting and maintenance of critical systems including vial washing, filling, lyophilizers, labeling, and jacketed vessels.

• HVAC & Utilities: Maintenance of cold rooms, incubators, deep freezers, LAFUs, DPBs, chillers, LSSUs, and hot water systems.
