We are currently seeking experienced professionals to join our team at the Athal, Silvassa location.

Available Positions

1. Officer/Senior Officer – CQC Department

  • Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Sc / B.Sc / M.Pharm
  • Experience: 2-6 Years
  • Job Profile: The ideal candidate will have experience in QC analytical processes, LIMS software handling, and Master preparation in LIMS. Proficiency in ONE Lab, Labware, or similar systems such as Caliber, StartLIMS, or Labvantage is preferred.

2. Officer/Senior Officer – Packing Department

  • Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Sc / B.Sc
  • Experience: 2-6 Years
  • Job Profile: Candidates should have 1-6 years of relevant experience in supervising CAM/IMA/Blister/CVC/Cartonator operations, as well as QMS documentation within the Packing Department.

3. Officer/Senior Officer – IPQA Department

  • Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Sc / B.Sc
  • Experience: 2-6 Years
  • Job Profile: Responsibilities include performing IPQA for packing and manufacturing processes, BMR and BPR review, line clearance, sampling, instrument calibration, and process & packing validation.

Candidate Requirements

  • Candidates with experience in Pharma OSD (Tablet, Capsule, Coating) formulation plants are encouraged to apply.
  • Those who have attended an interview at Ipca Athal within the last six months are not eligible to apply.
  • Candidates must be willing to work in shifts and should have experience in a regulated plant environment, such as USFDA or MHRA.
  • Please bring an updated resume, recent passport-sized photo, and copies of all educational, experience, and salary-related documents. Original and photocopies of final year mark sheets/degree certificates, CTC break-up, and salary slips are also required.
