Hiring for Injectable Manufacturing

Production QMS

Education: B.Pharm\ B.Sc \ M.Sc\ M.Pharm
Responsibilities: Managing investigations, deviations, OOS, change control, CAPA, and batch record review in manufacturing processes.

Quality Control

Education: B.Pharm\ B.Sc \ M.Sc\ M.Pharm
Responsibilities: Conducting GLP, stability, raw material to finished product testing, proficiency in lab instruments like HPLC, GC, KF, etc., and ensuring QC documentation.

Quality Assurance

Education: B.Pharm\ B.Sc \ M.Sc\ M.Pharm
Responsibilities: Overseeing Injectable IPQA, in-process quality checks, batch release, line clearance, batch record review, batch release procedures, validation activities, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Microbiology Lab

Education: Microbiology or Biotechnology
Responsibilities: Conducting investigations, managing change controls, deviations, CAPA, OOS, OOT, performing microbial limit tests, endotoxin tests, environment monitoring, sterility tests, and ensuring compliance with GLP standards.

Manufacturing & Packing

Education: ITI/Diploma
Responsibilities: Operating production machinery, including vial filling, capping, mixing, washing, sterilization, autoclave, packing, and maintaining batch records and documentation.

Engineering

Education: ITI, B.E Electrical\EC\Mechanical
Responsibilities: Operating and maintaining injectable plant machinery (autoclave, filling machine, sterilizer, packing machine), conducting preventive maintenance, managing breakdowns, and ensuring compliance with QMS and instrumentation standards.
