Production – Officer, Sr. Officer, Executive
Qualification & Experience: B.Pharm, M.Pharm. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a focus on General/Oncology departments and must have experience in handling isolators.
The primary responsibility of the Production Officer, Sr. Officer, and Executive is to ensure the smooth operation of the production process in the aseptic and controlled environment. This includes filling, sealing, filtration, media fill, leak testing, autoclaving, batch manufacturing, terminal sterilization, smoke study, equipment qualification, and Quality Management System (QMS).
Production Operator
Qualification & Experience :The ideal candidate should have a qualification of ITI, Diploma, or BSc and 2 to 6 years of experience in the field.
As a Production Operator, the main responsibility is to operate and maintain the equipment used in batch manufacturing, vial washing, sterilization, and dehydrogenation. The candidate should have experience in operating equipment such as autoclaves, CIP SIP, and vessels, as well as external washing. They should also have a good understanding of documentation practices and be familiar with General/Oncology departments.
Quality Assurance (Qualification, Validation )Officer, Executive / Sr. Executive
Qualification & Experience : The ideal candidate should have an MSc, B.Pharm or M.Pharm degree and 3 to 6 years of relevant experience.
The primary responsibility of a Quality Assurance Officer, Executive or Senior Executive is to ensure that equipment and utilities used in the manufacturing process are qualified and validated according to industry standards. This includes performing User Requirement Specifications (URS), Design Qualifications (DQ), Installation Qualifications (IQ), Operational Qualifications (OQ), Performance Qualifications (PQ), and Requalification (RQ) of equipment such as Autoclaves, washing machines, tunnels, filling machines, Isolators, water systems, and PSG systems.
Quality Assurance (IPQA) – Officer, Executive / Sr Executive
Qualification : MSc, B.Pharm M.Pharm
For the Quality Assurance (IPQA) role, the ideal candidate should have an MSc, B.Pharm or M.Pharm degree with 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing, Packing, Engineering, Media Fill, Cleaning Validation, and Process Validation.
The key duties of a Quality Assurance (IPQA) Officer, Executive or Senior Executive include ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements, conducting in-process quality checks and ensuring the quality of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
Quality Control – Officer, Executive / Sr Executive
For the Quality Control role, the ideal candidate should have a BSc (Chem), B.Pharm, MSc (Chem), or M.Pharm degree with 2 to 8 years of relevant experience.
The candidate should have exposure to Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and experience with instrument exposure like High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Gas Chromatography (GC), Ultraviolet Spectrophotometer (UV), and Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The candidate should also have knowledge of computer skills and Quality Management System (QMS) software awareness such as LIMS.
Quality Control – Officer, Executive / Sr Executive
Qualification & Experience: BSc / Msc Microbiology. The candidate should have 2-8 years of experience.
For the Officer, Executive/Sr. Executive position, the candidate should have exposure to good microbiology practices and compliance, sterility testing using isolator, PMT.BET, EM, MLT, culture handling, and microbiology qualification studies. Exposure to sterility assurance would be considered an added advantage.
Quality Control – Sr. Manager, AGM
Qualification : MSc (Chem) / M.Pharm
For the Sr. Manager, AGM position, the candidate should have direct exposure of about 6-8 years to lead the section of QMS and GLP, provide technical support to analysts to improve and maintain the defined KPI, good exposure of system procedure designing, good communication skills, direct exposure of FDA audit, ability to write SOPs and technical reports like lab incidences, OOS, OOT deviation change controls, and handle through QMS software, exposure of instrument qualification, CSV, and calibration.
Packging – Officer / Sr Officer
Qualification & Experience : The Packging – Officer / Sr Officer position requires candidates with a degree in M.Pharm, B.Pharm, M.Sc, or B.Sc and 2 to 6 years of experience.
Work Profile: The work profile involves handling manpower, cleaning, operational qualification activities of packing equipment like labeling machine, blister machine, auto cartonator machine, track, and trace system with serialization, and exposure to visual inspection activity.
Packging – Operator
Qualification : ITI/Diploma
The Packging – Operator position requires candidates with ITI/Diploma and 2 to 6 years of experience. The work profile includes cleaning, operational qualification activities of packing equipment like labeling machine, blister machine, auto cartonator machine, track and trace system with serialization.
Warehouse (RMPM) Officer / Sr Officer Executive
Qualification & Experience: The Warehouse (RMPM) Officer / Sr Officer Executive position requires candidates with a degree in M.Pharm, B.Pharm, M.Sc, or B.Sc and 4 to 7 years of experience.
Work Profile: The work profile involves managing material receipt, storage, issuance of material, dispensing of material, and following the FEFO and FIFO system. The candidate must have knowledge of monitoring, recording temperature, RH, and differential pressure in the store. They should also have knowledge of change control, deviation CAPA, SOP and URS compliance report, handling rejected, expired and non-moving materials, and must have experience working with SAP.
