1. Production & Packing – Executive

Qualification: BPharm/MPharm
Work Location: Pondicherry/Chennai
Experience: 2-5 years in Oral Solid Dosage

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute production activities in Granulation, Compression, Coating, and Capsule Filling areas.
  • Conduct batch packing activities, including Dispensing, Line clearance, Over printing, and Blister/carton specimen approval.
  • Operate primary and secondary packing machines following SOP/BPR.
  • Handle RMG, FBD, Compression, Coating & Capsule Filling machines as per SOP/BMR.
  • Execute and review BMR & BPR.
  • Ensure daily cleaning activity and machine preventive maintenance as per schedule.

2. Warehouse – Executive

Work Location: Chennai
Experience: 2-5 years from Pharma Industry

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process GRN for Raw Materials and Packaging Materials.
  • Dispense RM and PM as per plan.
  • Plan and execute sampling and dispensing activities of Raw Materials and Packaging Materials.
  • Ensure periodic cleaning activities of Goods lift, racks, weighing balances, pallets, vacuum cleaner return air raiser filters, scissor lift, mobile stackers, and manual hand pallet trucks.
  • Follow safety procedures as required.
  • Coordinate with other departments for the smooth functioning of the warehouse.

3. IPQA (Quality Assurance) – Executive

Qualification: BPharm/MPharm
Work Location: Chennai
Experience: 2-5 years in Oral Solid Dosage

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform all in-process checks in production and packing areas.
  • Ensure line clearance at every stage of manufacturing.
  • Conduct sampling activity during different stages of production.
  • Handle and investigate Incidents, Deviations, Change control, CAPA, OOS, OOT.
  • Adhere to SOP, GMP, Safety & Data Integrity.
