Job Opportunities at Hetero Plasma Science Pvt. Ltd

1. Process R&D

Experience: 4-6 years

Seeking individuals with experience in Process Development, Downstream Processing, Scale-up, and Technology Transfer for plasma or biological products.

2. Analytical R&D

Experience: 4-7 years

Looking for candidates with expertise in Analytical Method Development and Validations for testing plasma products or other biological products.

3. QC – Microbiology

Experience: 2-4 years

  • Hands-on experience in BET testing of biological products.
  • Proficiency in good microbiological practices.
  • Handling of OOS, OOT, deviation, and CAPA management.

4. QC Product Testing Instrumentation

Experience: 2-4 years

Biochemical & Instrumentation based Testing role with responsibilities including handling instruments, test methods, documentation, analytical test report execution, and adherence to GLP & GDP practices.

5. IPQA

Experience: 4-9 years

  • Monitoring In-process Quality Assurance and line clearance activities.
  • Oversight of cleanroom behavior, aseptic activities, and in-process sample management.
  • Preparation and review of production batch documents.

6. QC Product Testing

Experience: 8-11 years

Bio Chemical Testing lead role, including team management, handling Biochemical & Immunochemical based test methods, equipment qualifications, method validations, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.

7. QA Analytical

Experience: 4-9 years

Review and monitoring of analytical testing activities, compliance with regulatory standards, and handling customer complaints, stability data, OOS investigations, and OOT results.

8. Vendor Management

Experience: 2-4 years

  • Identify potential vendors, evaluate capabilities, and select suitable partners.
  • Address and resolve issues, disputes, and conflicts during vendor engagements.
  • Prepare and review audit agendas, observation reports, and quality agreements.

Qualification

M.Sc Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, M.Pharm / B.Pharm (Preferable Biologics/Injectables)
