UMEDICA LABORATORIES PVT LTD, a leading pharmaceutical company with USFDA, EU GMP, and TGA Australia approvals, invites dedicated and competent professionals to join our formulation plant in Vapi, Gujarat. We are seeking candidates for various positions across different departments.

Tablet Manufacturing

1. Officer to Sr. Officer

  • Qualification: B. Pharma/ M. Pharma/M.sc
  • Experience: 1 to 5 years
  • Required Skill Set: Ability to handle processes like Dispensing, Granulation, Compression, Coating. Responsible for online documentation.

2. Operator to Sr. Operator

  • Qualification: ITI / Diploma
  • Experience: 1 to 5 years
  • Required Skill Set: Operate Granulation lines (RMG/FBD/FBP/Roll Compactor), Automatic Compression Machine (PLC/SCADA based Cadmach 8 Fluid Pack), Coating (Kevin &Gansons)

3. Officer to Sr. Officer

  • Qualification: B.Pharma/ M.Pharma / M.sc
  • Experience: 1 to 5 years
  • Required Skill Set: Sound knowledge in Blister pack, CVC line, BPR, SoPs, Line Clearance, Manpower Handling, GDP, GMP, Daily formats & records.

Tablet Packing

4. Technician

  • Qualification: Associates ITI / Diploma
  • Experience: 1 to 5 years
  • Required Skill Set: Experience in operating Blister Pack Machine EIMACH 3015 PDA and Auto Cartonator (WKH100 & IMA PG IC150C) and Track & Trace Machine with Temper Evident.

Injectables

5. Officer to Sr. Officer

  • Qualification: B.Pharma/ M.Pharma / M.Sc
  • Experience: 1 to 5 years
  • Required Skill Set: Sound knowledge required in LVP SVP, Aseptic filling. Vial, Ampule, Washing, BSS tunnel, Autoclave & Sterilization.

QA (Quality Assurance)

6. Officer to Sr. Officer

  • Qualification: B. Pharma / M.Pharma /B.Sc / M.Sc
  • Experience: 1 to 6 years
  • Required Skill Set: Sound knowledge in Qualification, Vendor Qualification, Process Validation & IPQA (Tablet Manufacturing / Packing)&APQR.

QC (Quality Control)

7. Officer to Sr. Officer

  • Qualification: B. Pharma /M.Pharma /M.Sc
  • Experience: 1 to 6 years
  • Required Skill Set: Sound knowledge in HPLC & GC Knowledge Analysis.

TTD (Technology Transfer Department)

8. Officer to Sr. Officer

  • Qualification: B.Pharma / M.Pharma
  • Experience: 1 to 6 years
  • Required Skill Set: Preparation of plans regarding transfer of process/product from development, scale-up, manufacturing of exhibit) submission, launch to post-approval phase. Encompass quality aspects and necessary regulatory requirements.
