Post: Medical Representative (MR)
Job Description:
- Visit medical professionals to promote company products in line with the company’s strategy by generating prescriptions.
- Visit chemists and stockists to ensure the availability of products.
- Achieve monthly targets consistently.
- Regularly report field work through the Infinity system.
- Provide timely feedback to superiors on work progress.
- Create awareness about company products through activities such as CMEs, CRMs, and product promotion campaigns, ensuring a return on investments.
- Conduct ethical working practices to maintain a positive company image and integrity.
Candidate Profile:
- Age: Less than 28 years
- Education Qualification:
- Essential: Graduate
- Desired: B.Sc. / B. Pharmacy
- Language Requirements: English (both vocal and written) & vernacular
- Travel Requirements: As per the approved customer list of the respective HQ
Job Competencies and Skills:
- Scientific knowledge of the company’s product with USPs, product mix, etc.
- Knowledge of competitors’ products mix, brands, etc.
- Clinic performance and selling effectiveness.
- Customer relationship establishment and maintenance for furtherance of business.
- Computer skills and knowledge.
- Territory knowledge.
