Job Title: Senior Officer (Mechanical/Electrical)

Qualifications:

  • BE/B-Tech in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
  • ME/M-Tech in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (preferred)

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience for BE/B-Tech holders
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience for ME/M-Tech holders
  • Maximum of 6 years of experience in relevant field

Job Title: Injection Department Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for qualified and experienced individuals to join our Injection Department team. The department consists of small volume injection, autoclave, dry heat sterilization, ampoule vial washing machine, aseptic processing, handle packing, overprinting, dispensing with online documentation, and other related activities.

As an Injection Department Officer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Operating and maintaining the small volume injection machines, autoclave, and dry heat sterilization equipment to ensure proper sterilization of the equipment and materials used in the department.
  • Operating and maintaining the ampoule vial washing machine to ensure the cleanliness and sterility of the vials used in the injection process.
  • Ensuring the proper handling and packaging of the injection products, as well as overprinting and labeling.
  • Maintaining accurate and complete online documentation for all activities within the department.
  • Adhering to all safety and quality guidelines set forth by the company and regulatory agencies.
  • Collaborating with other departments as needed to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy or related field.
  • 1-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.

Job Title: Technical Associates (Operator)

Job Description: The technical associates will be responsible for operating the Blister Pack Machine ELMACH 3015 PDA and ensuring the production of high-quality blister packs. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date online documentation related to the machine’s operation. In addition, the technical associates will operate the Autocartonator Track & Trace Machine to ensure the proper packaging of finished products.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have an ITI or Diploma in a relevant technical field. They should have at least 1 to 5 years of experience working in a manufacturing or production environment. Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Job Title: Officer – Tablet Packing Department

Job Summary:

The Officer in the Tablet Packing Department will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective packing of tablets in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Distribution Practice (GDP). They will be required to have sound knowledge of Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Line Clearance, Manpower Handling, GDP, GMP, and daily formats and records. The Officer will report to the Packing Department Manager and work closely with other departments, such as Production, Quality Assurance, and Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all packing activities are performed in compliance with SOPs, GMP, and GDP.
  • Implement and maintain appropriate documentation systems for the packing department, such as Batch Packing Records, Line Clearance Records, and Machine Logbooks.
  • Perform Line Clearance activities to ensure that the packing area is clean and free of any previous product and packaging materials before starting a new batch. • Monitor the packing line and identify any deviations from the SOPs or GMP, such as quality defects or equipment malfunctions.
  • Coordinate with the Production department to ensure timely supply of tablets for packing and packaging materials.
  • Ensure that all packing personnel are trained and qualified to perform their tasks.
  • Maintain an effective communication system with other departments to ensure that packing activities are coordinated and performed as per the production plan.
  • Ensure that all packing equipment is maintained and calibrated as per the preventive maintenance schedule.
  • Monitor packing-related documentation and records, such as equipment calibration records, cleaning validation records, and environmental monitoring records.
  • Participate in investigations related to packing-related deviations, non-conformances, and customer complaints.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • M.Sc./B.Pharma/M.Pharm from a recognized university.
  • 1 to 4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with specific experience in Tablet Packing.
  • Sound knowledge of BPR, SOPs, Line Clearance, Manpower Handling, GDP, GMP, and daily formats and records. • Experience with packaging equipment, such as blister packers, cartoners, and labeling machines. • Good knowledge of regulatory requirements related to packing operations, such as FDA, MHRA, and EU regulations. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a team environment and meet tight deadlines. • Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills. • Computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office applications.
