Post: Medical Representative

• It requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in the relevant field.
• The ideal age of the candidate is less than 26 years, but this is a preference, not a requirement.
• The candidate should possess good communication and interpersonal skills, as the job involves building relationships with healthcare professionals and promoting products effectively.

Post: 1st Line Manager

• The candidate should have experience working as a 1st Line Manager, or alternatively, 4-5 years of experience as a Medical Representative.
• The candidate should have a good understanding of sales and marketing strategies, as well as leadership and team management skills.
• They should be able to provide guidance and support to their team of Medical Representatives, and ensure that they achieve their sales targets.

Post: 2nd Line Manager

• The candidate should have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a 1st Line Manager.
• They should possess strong leadership and strategic planning skills, as well as the ability to motivate and manage their team effectively.
• The candidate should have a good understanding of market dynamics and be able to make informed decisions to achieve sales and revenue targets.
