About ACTREC

The Advanced Centre for Treatment, Research and Education in Cancer (ACTREC) traces its origins to the Indian Cancer Research Centre (ICRC) established in 1952. Over the years, it evolved into the Tata Memorial Centre (TMC), a comprehensive cancer center in India. We are currently seeking a Consultant (Non Medical) Pharmacometrician for the “ICMR Centre for Advanced Research (CAR)-Phase I clinical trial Networks” project.

Job Description:

As a Pharmacometrician, you will play a pivotal role in the pharmacokinetic analysis of data, population pharmacokinetics, Pk-Pd modeling, and training other centers in pharmacometrics. Your contributions will significantly impact the success of the research project.

Educational Qualification & Experience:

Professionals with M.Sc or equivalent qualifications in a relevant subject, along with research & development experience and published papers.
Alternatively, retired government employees with a grade pay of Rs.4600/- and above, having at least 20 years’ experience in the required domain/field.

Desirable Skills:

PharmD / M.Pharm / MD Pharmacology candidates with at least one-year experience in handling pharmacometrics/PKPD analysis or using PUMAs software are preferred.

Consolidated Salary:

A competitive salary ranging from Rs. 25,000/- to 1,00,000/- will be offered, depending on educational qualifications, experience, last pay drawn, and functional requirements.

Duration of Contract:

The initial contract duration is six months, with the possibility of extension based on the candidate’s performance. Progress will be monitored, and extensions may be granted accordingly.

Eligible candidates are invited to attend the walk-in interview on Wednesday, 13th March 2024, at the Conference Room, 3rd Floor, Khanolkar Shodhika, ACTREC, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai- 410210. Please bring a recent CV, original and xerox copies of all certificates and testimonials, along with a recent passport-size photograph and ID proof, preferably Aadhaar Card.

Reporting Time:

Candidates are requested to report between 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. for the interview.
