Experience: Proven leadership, academic, and administrative expertise
Responsibilities:

• Academic planning, execution, and institutional development

• Leading accreditation, research, and student development initiatives

• Enhancing industry-institute collaboration and innovation culture

🎓 Assistant Professor

Specializations Required:

• Pharmaceutics

• Pharmacology

• Pharmacognosy

Qualification: B.Pharm & M.Pharm in the relevant discipline (Ph.D. preferred)
Experience: As per regulatory norms
Responsibilities:

• Conducting lectures, practical sessions, and academic mentoring

• Promoting research, innovation, patents, and entrepreneurship

• Engaging in curriculum development and industry-driven initiatives

🧪 Lab Technician

Qualification: D.Pharm / B.Pharm or equivalent diploma/degree
Experience: 1–3 years preferred
Responsibilities:

• Supporting practical classes, equipment handling, and lab maintenance

• Ensuring safety, documentation, and inventory of lab materials

Candidate Expectations

✔ Faculty with R&D and consultancy capability will be given preference
✔ Experience in patents, industry collaborations, and value-added programs is highly desirable
✔ Strong communication skills and a passion for student development
