📝 Job Responsibilities

Principal – Pharmacy College

• Supervise academic and administrative operations.

• Ensure compliance with PCI, AICTE, and HSBTE norms.

• Oversee faculty recruitment, student admissions, and institutional budgets.

• Encourage research, innovation, and institutional development.

Assistant Professor – Pharmacy

• Conduct theory and practical sessions as per PCI curriculum.

• Guide students in academic and research projects.

• Participate in academic evaluation, seminars, workshops, and continuous learning.

Lab Technician – Pharmacy

• Assist in setting up and maintaining lab equipment.

• Support faculty during practical sessions.

• Ensure lab safety and cleanliness.

Librarian – Pharmacy

• Manage library resources, catalogues, and systems.

• Assist students and faculty in accessing study material.

Accountant – Pharmacy

• Maintain financial records, manage accounts, and prepare budgets.

• Assist with payroll, audits, and financial compliance.

✅ Candidate Profile

Candidates with a passion for teaching, innovation, and academic excellence are encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to those with:

• Research and consultancy experience.

• Contributions in patents, startups, or industry-academia collaborations.

📚 Educational Qualifications & Experience

Principal – Pharmacy College

• Qualification: B.Pharm + M.Pharm + Ph.D. (Pharmacy specialization), First Class in all degrees.

• Experience: 15 years (including 5 years as Professor in a PCI-approved institute).

Assistant Professor – Pharmacy

• Qualification: B.Pharm + M.Pharm in relevant specialization (Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, etc.), First Class in both.

Lab Technician / Librarian / Accountant

• Relevant qualification and experience in respective roles preferred.
