Position Details
Post: Research Associate / Senior Research Associate
Department: Synthesis R&D / Peptides R&D
Work Location: Hyderabad
Experience Required: 3–6 years
Qualification: M.Sc. / M. Pharmacy
Joining Requirement: Immediate Joiners Only
Key Responsibilities
-
Operate and calibrate HPLC/LCMS instruments efficiently.
-
Develop and validate analytical methods as per regulatory guidelines.
-
Ensure calibration and routine operation of lab equipment (balances, pH meters, etc.).
-
Prepare samples in accordance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
-
Maintain accurate records of analytical work and data.
-
Compile raw and chromatographic data in compliance with GLP.
-
Prepare and update SOPs for laboratory processes and instruments.
-
Manage working standards retrieval and storage procedures.
Desired Skills

Proficiency in handling advanced analytical techniques.

Strong understanding of GLP and regulatory requirements.

Meticulous documentation and data handling skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, research-focused environment.
