About Tata Memorial Centre

The Tata Memorial Centre (TMC) is a premier cancer research and treatment institution in India. Established in 1941, it is located in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The center is known for its comprehensive cancer care facilities, including advanced treatment options, research, education, and outreach programs.

TMC comprises several units, including the Tata Memorial Hospital (TMH), the Advanced Centre for Treatment, Research and Education in Cancer (ACTREC), and the Tata Memorial Centre Research Centre (TMCRC). These units work collaboratively to provide multidisciplinary cancer care and conduct cutting-edge research aimed at improving cancer diagnosis and treatment outcomes.

The center is named after the Tata Group, one of India’s largest and oldest conglomerates, which has been a significant contributor to its establishment and ongoing operations. TMC’s mission is to provide affordable, high-quality cancer care to patients from all sections of society while also advancing cancer research and education in India.

Essential Qualification & Experience:

  1. MBBS/BDS/BAMS/BHMS or Graduation in Science (B.Pharm, Life Science, Biotech, Zoology, Botany, etc.)
  2. PG Diploma in Clinical Research is desirable.
  3. Knowledge of reading, writing, and speaking Telugu is preferable.

Consolidated Salary per month:

Rs. 35,000/-

Tenure of Services:

The tenure of the post will be for a fixed period of six months from the date of joining and further extendable as per requirement.

The number of posts mentioned above are likely to increase/decrease as per the requirement of the center.

Interested candidates may come for a Walk-in Interview along with Bio-Data, a recent passport size photograph, a photocopy of the Pan Card, Original certificates, and one set of self-attested copies of all certificates at HRD Department, first floor, Homi Bhabha Cancer Hospital Research Centre, Visakhapatnam.
