Pt J.N.M. Medical College Raipur was established on September 9, 1963, with its inception marked by the commencement of classes for 60 students in a modest OPD block of Ayurvedic College. Essential Qualification:

12th pass in science subjects
Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized Institution/Board

Desirable:

Experience in dispensing and/or storage and dispensing of drugs in a reputed hospital or institution, or in a drug store, or a pharmaceutical concern.
Knowledge of computer skills.

Note: Apart from the mentioned consolidated salary, no other/additional allowance will be given. No separate TA/DA will be provided to the candidates participating in the interview or selected for joining the job.

Terms and Conditions:

It is mandatory for the applicant to be a native/local resident of Chhattisgarh.
Must possess the desired qualifications as indicated on the date of the walk-in-interview.
All necessary documents/original copies of certificates issued by the competent authority must be presented at the time of the interview. Flawed or incorrect documents/certificates will result in automatic cancellation of selection, and legal action will be taken.
Only the experience certificate issued by the appointing authority will be valid.
The appointment is on a contract basis under the project, and it will automatically end if the project or contract requirements are not increased.
The appointment can be terminated by either party with one month’s notice or one month’s salary.
The appointed candidate will not have any claim for regular appointment to any post in this institution.
The appointed person will have to perform assigned duties and will not engage in any kind of private practice.
After appointment, it is necessary to take charge by the prescribed date.
The selection/waiting list will be valid for one year from the date of issue.

Selection Process:

Only 10 eligible candidates in order of proficiency will be interviewed.
Determination of marks for proficiency order:
- For the post of Pharmacist:
  - 30% of the total marks obtained in 12th
  - 50% of the total marks (sum of marks of all years) in Diploma in Pharmacy.
In case of equal marks, priority will be based on the date of birth, with the earlier birthdate given preference.
Final selection will be based on the interview evaluation.
