• Post: Pharmacist – RBSK

• No. of Vacancies: 09

• Eligibility: Currently working under NHM in the same position in another district

• Qualification:

  • Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) or

  • Bachelor in Pharmacy (B.Pharm)

📄 Terms and Conditions

• Nature of Engagement:

  • Contractual, for 11 months, renewable based on performance

  • Co-terminus with the RBSK scheme

• Transfer Eligibility:

  • Must be in same post under NHM in another district

  • Required to submit No Objection Cum Continuation Certificate from the competent authority

  • Valid contract period with renewal order must be attached

  • Selection will be based on length of uninterrupted service in the same post under NHM

2. Submit duly filled form along with:

   • Recent passport-size photograph

   • Self-attested copies of all educational certificates and mark sheets

   • No Objection & Continuation Certificate

   • Proof of uninterrupted service

   • Previous and current posting details

3. Incomplete applications or missing documents will be rejected.
