Job Title: QA/QC/QC-Microbiology Analyst

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented QA/QC/QC-Microbiology Analyst to join our team at our facility in Keesara, Telangana. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to quality control and assurance, including testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.

Responsibilities:

• Perform quality control testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with established specifications and standards.
• Conduct microbiological analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using standard techniques.
• Monitor and maintain the laboratory equipment and instruments to ensure accurate and reliable results.
• Document and report test results and maintain accurate records in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct investigations into deviations and out-of-specification results and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Assist in the development and validation of analytical methods and procedures.
• Provide training and guidance to other team members on quality control procedures and techniques.

Requirements:

• M.Sc/B.Sc degree in Chemistry/Microbiology or related field.
• 0-6 years of experience in a QA/QC/QC-Microbiology role in a pharmaceutical or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Experience with microbiological analysis techniques and aseptic techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
