Job Description:
Teva Pharmaceuticals is conducting a walk-in interview for the Quality Department. We are seeking qualified professionals to fill the positions of Quality Specialist/Quality Sr. Specialist & Supervisor. Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality control activities in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
- Perform inspections, sampling, and testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
- Analyze and interpret test results, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and product specifications.
- Investigate and address any deviations or non-conformances identified during quality control activities.
- Participate in the development and implementation of quality assurance initiatives to improve processes and ensure product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, R&D, and regulatory affairs, to support quality-related activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of quality control activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support the training and development of junior staff members, as required.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory guidelines, and best practices in quality control.
Requirements:
- B.Sc/M.Sc/B.Pharm degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 to 10 years of experience in quality control within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Sound knowledge of quality control principles, practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with analytical techniques, instrumentation, and laboratory operations.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate and thorough documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with regulatory guidelines such as FDA, ICH, and cGMP is preferred.
