We are excited to announce a walk-in interview for various positions in our R&D Department – Injectables on Thursday, June 13, 2024, at Gland Pharma Ltd, Gandimaisamma.

Available Positions:

  • Junior Research Associate
  • Research Associate
  • Senior Research Associate

Departments:

  • FR&D (Formulation Research & Development)
  • Technology Transfer
  • Project Management

Job Responsibilities:

For FR&D Department – Injectables:

  • Plan and execute formulation development activities within specified timelines.
  • Develop stability study protocols and evaluate stability data.
  • Evaluate impurity profiles of drug substances and drug products.
  • Develop injectable solutions, lyophilized drug products, and other complex injectables.

For Technology Transfer Department – Injectables:

  • Prepare necessary documents such as Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Master Formula Records (MFR), Technology Transfer Protocols, and Site Transfer Protocols.
  • Execute laboratory trials and scale-up activities.

For Project Management – Injectables:

  • Manage end-to-end project activities including planning, execution, tracking, monitoring, troubleshooting, and facilitating project completion.
  • Coordinate with portfolio and functional departments.

Qualifications:

  • M. Pharmacy
  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
