Position: Executive
Department: Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL) & Bio-Pharma
Experience: 3 to 8 years
Qualification: M.Pharm / M.Sc
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, validate, and transfer analytical methods for APIs and complex formulations, including long-acting injectables, nasal sprays, peptide-based drugs, oncology products, and topicals.
- Conduct peptide characterization and clinically relevant dissolution method development.
- Establish IVIVC/IVIVR models and collaborate with CROs, CDMOs, and CTLs for analytical method validation.
- Work with regulatory, semi-regulated, and Indian markets, ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards.
- Operate and maintain analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, Ion Chromatography, and particle size analyzers.
- Perform impurity characterization, solid-state characterization, and API sameness studies.
- Develop and validate methods for Nitrosamines and Genotoxic Impurities using LCMS/GCMS.
- Provide analytical support for formulation development (F&D) and comparative method evaluation.
- Prepare STPs for APIs, excipients, intermediates, in-process materials, and formulations.
- Ensure compliance with GLP practices, regulatory guidelines (ICH/FDA/EMEA), and instrument calibrations.
