1. Production – Sterile / Nasal / Aerosol

Roles: Officer / Operator
Posts: Executive / Senior Executive / Senior Officer
Key Skills:

• BFS machine operation

• Nasal spray filling, sealing & vial washing machines

• Aseptic practices, CIP/SIP, media fill, autoclave operations

Qualifications:

• B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / Diploma (Mechanical, Electrical, Pharmacy)

• Experience: 2–8 years

2. Production – OSD / Tablet / Capsule

Roles: Officer / Operator
Posts: Executive / Senior Executive
Key Skills:

• Manufacturing and packing of hard/soft gelatin capsules and tablets

• Hands-on in OSD production operations

Qualifications:

• B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / Diploma (Mechanical, Electrical, Pharmacy)

• Experience: 2–8 years

3. Packing – OSD & Sterile

Roles: Officer / Operator
Posts: Executive / Senior Executive
Key Skills:

• Experience in OSD & sterile packing lines

• Expertise in machines like BQS, Cartonator, EPI2500, FB300

Qualifications:

• B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / Diploma (Mechanical, Electrical, Pharmacy)

• Experience: 2–8 years

4. Safety – Environment, Health & Safety (EHS)

Post: Deputy Manager / Manager
Key Skills:

• Work permit management, chemical safety, EHS systems

• Emergency management and pharmaceutical safety compliance

Qualifications:

• B.Tech / M.Sc

• Experience: 5–12 years

5. Quality Control (QC)

Post: Senior Executive
Key Skills:

• HPLC, stability studies, in-process & validation sample analysis

• PM, RM, FG testing

Qualifications:

• B.Sc / M.Sc

• Experience: 2–6 years

6. Quality Assurance (QA)

Post: Senior Executive
Key Skills:

• IPQA, QMS documentation, validation activities

Qualifications:

• B.Sc / M.Sc

• Experience: 2–6 years

7. Quality Control – Microbiology
