Manufacturing

Post: Assistant/Associate
Qualification: ITI/ Diploma/ B.Sc
Experience: 1 to 8 Years
Desired Exposure: Candidate must have hands-on experience in handling the process for aseptic & controlled area of in/aseptic/sterile Manufacturing & Packing.

Quality Control (Chemical)

Post: Officer/Sr. Officer/Executive/Sr. Executive
Qualification: B.Sc./B. Pharm/M.Sc./M.Pharm
Experience: 2 to 8 Years
Desired Exposure: Candidate must have hands-on experience in sampling & analysis of Raw material (RM), Packing material (PM), In-process product testing (IPPT), and Finished product (F-P) testing and stability testing. Candidate must have handled analytical instruments like UV, GC, HPLC, IR, KF, etc. Exposure to Lab software like UMS, Chromeleon is preferred. Candidates having exposure to QC investigation shall be preferred.

Quality Assurance (Validation)

Post: Officer/Sr. Officer/Executive/Sr. Executive
Qualification: B. Pharma/M. Pharma/M.Sc.
Experience: 5 to 10 Years
Desired Exposure: Candidate must have exposure to Qualification and Validation Protocol preparation. Execution and Report preparation of Equipment & Utility. Isolator. Robotic Line, and Lyophilizer, SOP preparation, and review. VMP preparation and review. URS, DQ, FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, PQ, CQ, RQ documentation experience. Handling of QMS elements related to validation and qualification. Media fill exposure including documentation and execution, Process validation, hold time study, and Clearing validation exposure (Documentation and Execution), Validation planner preparation, tracking, and closure with CFT coordination, CSV, and PLC validation knowledge & experience.

Quality Assurance (IPQA & Environment Monitoring (EM)

Post: Officer/Sr. Officer/Executive/Sr. Executive
Qualification: B. Pharma/B.Sc./M. Pharma/M.Sc.
Experience: 4 to 10 Years
Desired Exposure:
IPQA: Candidate must have exposure of Master and Executed BMR, BPR review. Line clearance experience, Sampling exposure for different stages including finished product. Shop floor compliance experience. Visual inspector qualification exposure. AQL knowledge, experience on media fill, Isolator lines. Lyophilizer line, Cartridge line, Retain sample management. Work request handling and review, handling of QMS elements (Deviation, OOS, OOAL, OOT, Microbial excursion, etc.) related to shop floor. Engineering, Warehouse, etc.
EM: Candidate must be from a Microbiology background & must have exposure and experience i.e. Settle plate, MAS, Surface monitoring. NVPC including all documentation of EM, Planning and scheduling of all EM activities including media fill exposure.
