Job Description
- Quality Management System Oversight
Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) within the Probiotics or Non-Aseptic manufacturing facility. Ensure all processes, procedures, and documentation comply with relevant regulatory standards such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Change Controls and Deviations Management
Collaborate with stakeholders to manage change controls, deviations, and incidents, ensuring proper closure upon execution.
- Production Monitoring
Conduct plant rounds to monitor entire production operations, confirming quality conformance to specifications.
- Documentation Verification
Check documents such as equipment logbooks and temperature and humidity records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Sample Collection
Collect in-process and finished samples as per specifications and protocols.
- Raw Material and Packaging Material Supervision
Supervise the sampling and dispensing procedures for raw materials (RM) and packaging materials (PM).
- Production Area Clearance
Ensure machine line clearance of the production area.
