Role: Junior Associate – Manufacturing (Freshers)

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Diploma in Pharmacy (2025 pass-outs only)

Academic Requirement: Minimum 60% aggregate, with no backlogs
Key Responsibilities
-
Operate and maintain production equipment including injectable, sterile, parenteral, formulation, filling, capping, compounding, washing, sealing, visual inspection, and packing machines.

Monitor and control the production process to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Accurately record production data and perform basic equipment maintenance.

Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and enhance process efficiency.

Adhere strictly to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company quality systems.
