The Indian Pharmacopoeia Commission (IPC), an autonomous institution under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India, invites eligible candidates to attend a walk-in interview for the position of Junior Materiovigilance Associate under the Materiovigilance Programme of India (MvPI). This is a contractual position through an outsourced manpower agency.

IPC serves as the National Coordination Centre for both the Pharmacovigilance Programme of India (PvPI) and MvPI, ensuring the safety and monitoring of drugs and medical devices in India.

• AIIMS Rishikesh: 01 position
  Remuneration: ₹32,000 per month (consolidated)
  Age Limit: Not exceeding 28 years

Essential Qualifications

• Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or Clinical Engineering

  • OR Master’s in Pharmacy / Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D)

• Skills: Good computer proficiency

Experience Required

• 0 to 1 year of experience in any of the following areas:

  • Medical Device Industry

  • Post-Market Surveillance

  • Medical Device Vigilance

  • Quality Assurance or Regulatory Affairs

  • Quality Management Systems

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, manage, and analyze adverse events related to medical devices

• Assist in risk identification and planning of risk mitigation strategies

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Competent Authority
