Position: Junior Associate – Manufacturing (Visakhapatnam)
Pfizer is looking for enthusiastic freshers to join our manufacturing team in Visakhapatnam. This is a fantastic opportunity for Diploma Pharmacy graduates to launch their career in the pharmaceutical industry.

Walk-in Interviews for Freshers
We are conducting walk-in interviews for the role of Junior Associate – Manufacturing. If you meet the eligibility criteria, we invite you to participate.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualification: Diploma in Pharmacy (2023 & 2024 pass-outs only)
  • Academic Requirement: 60% pass percentage with no backlogs

Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate production equipment including injectable, sterile, parenteral, formulation, filling, capping, compounding, washing, sealing, and packing machines.
  • Monitor and control production processes to ensure product quality meets specified parameters.
  • Maintain accurate production records and perform routine equipment maintenance.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve production issues and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines.
