Qualification: The job position of Senior Executive – Instrumentation requires a candidate to have a BE/B.Tech degree in Instrumentation & Control/Electronics & Communication with throughout 60% marks.
Experience: The candidate should have 4-8 years of experience in the Chemical Industry.
The candidate should possess knowledge of field instruments and their installation, principles, accuracy, etc. Furthermore, the candidate should have knowledge of DCS (Distributed Control System) programming.The candidate should also have knowledge of hazardous area classification. The candidate should be able to apply this knowledge to select appropriate instruments and install them safely in hazardous areas.
Finally, the candidate should have knowledge of IMS (Integrated Management System) activity.
Age limit: The age limit for this job position is below 30 years.
Senior Executive – Electrical:
Qualification:The job position of Senior Executive – Electrical requires a candidate to have a BE/B.Tech degree in Electrical with throughout 60% marks.
Experience: In addition, the candidate should have 4-8 years of experience in the Chemical Industry.
The candidate should possess knowledge of hazardous area classification. This involves an understanding of the different types of hazardous areas and their classification, based on the likelihood and severity of a hazardous event. The candidate should be able to apply this knowledge to select appropriate electrical equipment and install them safely in hazardous areas.
Furthermore, the candidate should have knowledge of intelligent MCC (Motor Control Center).
The candidate should also have basic knowledge about the electrical equipment such as HT panel transformers, PCC (Power Control Center), UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply), VFD (Variable Frequency Drive), etc.
Age limit: The age limit for this job position is below 30 years.
Junior Engineer/Technician – Utility:
Qualification: It requires a candidate to have either a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or ITI RFM (Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic) or ITI Fitter.
Experience: The candidate should also have 4-8 years of experience in Utility Operation.
The candidate must have hands-on project commissioning, operation, and maintenance knowledge of various utility equipment such as Chillers, Air Compressors, Air Dryers, Nitrogen Plants, Cooling Towers, Hot Oil/Hot Air Generator systems, and VAC (Vapor Absorption Chiller) refrigeration systems, etc. The candidate should be able to troubleshoot and maintain these utility systems.
Age limit: The age limit for this job position is below 30 years.
Technician – Electrical:
Experience: 4-7 years of experience in a chemical plant.
The candidate should have knowledge of Project work, commissioning, pre-commissioning activity, LT/HT (Low Tension/High Tension) system, VFD (Variable Frequency Drive), starter, Electrical plant equipment, and their troubleshooting. The candidate should also have knowledge of MCC/PCC (Motor Control Center/Power Control Center) routine and PM (Preventive Maintenance) activities, and experience in flameproof equipment and I-MCC (Intelligent Motor Control Center).
Age limit: The age limit for this job position is below 30 years.
