This is an announcement for a walk-in interview for various positions in the Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Safety -EHS department at Hetero Labs Limited Unit-1 in Khazipally, Sanga Reddy.

The required qualifications for the positions include a MSc/BSc in Chemistry, B.Pharm, ITI-Fitter, B.Tech in Chemical Engineering or Diploma in Safety.

Department API : Quality Control (QC) 

A Quality Control (QC) department typically ensures that the products produced by a company meet certain quality standards. The role of a QC specialist with a M.Sc or B.Sc in chemistry or B. Pharm degree and 3-8 years of experience would likely involve using analytical techniques such as High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and Gas Chromatography (GC) to test the quality of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products. Additionally, the individual would be expected to be familiar with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ensure that the company’s processes comply with these regulations.

Department API : Quality Assurance

This job posting is for a position in Quality Assurance, and the ideal candidate would have a M.Sc or B.Sc in chemistry or a B. Pharm degree. They would also have 3-8 years of experience and be proficient in OOS (Out of Specification), OOT (Out of Trend) and documentation. This person would be responsible for ensuring that the company’s products meet quality standards and that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Department API : Engineering 

An ITI Fitter with 3-8 years of experience in the Engineering department, who has expertise in maintenance and operations, would likely be responsible for maintaining and repairing machinery and equipment, as well as performing regular inspections to ensure everything is in proper working order. They may also assist in the installation of new equipment and assist in the development and implementation of maintenance procedures. Additionally, they may be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise during operations.

Department API : Safety-EHS

A B. Tech in Chemical Engineering or a Diploma in Safety with 3-8 years of experience in Safety Management would be a suitable candidate for a position in the Safety-EHS department.
