Open Positions: Supervisor – Production

We are hiring skilled professionals to join our manufacturing operations across various production areas.


🏭 Production Supervisor – Encapsulation & Coating

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee day-to-day operations in the Encapsulation and Coating sections

    • Ensure GMP compliance and operational efficiency

    • Prepare and review SOPs and other production documentation


🏭 Production Supervisor – Compression & Coating

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and supervise activities in the Compression and Coating areas

    • Ensure adherence to quality standards and batch documentation practices

    • Contribute to process improvements and documentation review


🏭 Production Supervisor – Granulation / Blending

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise Granulation and Blending operations within the production unit

    • Maintain equipment readiness and cleanliness

    • Participate in SOP creation, updates, and compliance monitoring


Eligibility Criteria

  • Qualifications: Diploma in Engineering / D.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc. / M.Sc.

  • Experience: 4–7 years in a pharmaceutical manufacturing setup

  • Industry Exposure: Solid understanding of regulatory expectations and GMP standards preferred
