Current Openings in Drug Substance Production – Biologics Division

🧬 USP Production (Upstream Process) – Drug Substance Production

• Qualification: M.Sc. / B.Tech / B.E / M.Tech in Biotechnology or Biochemistry

• Experience: Minimum 2 Years in mammalian cell culture

• Key Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with stainless steel (SS) bioreactors/fermenters (500 L or larger)

  • Expertise in fermentation operations and monitoring parameters for optimal yield

🧪 DSP Production (Downstream Process) – Drug Substance Production

• Qualification: M.Sc. / B.Tech / B.E / M.Tech in Biotechnology or Biochemistry

• Experience: Minimum 2 Years in purification of mammalian culture-based products

• Key Skills:

  • Proficient in operating chromatography systems (≥600 L/h), large-scale columns (≥600 mm), and automated TFF systems

  • Sound understanding of protein purification techniques and process optimization

📋 QMS Production – Quality Management Systems

• Qualification: M.Sc. / B.Tech / B.E / M.Tech in Biotechnology or Biochemistry

• Experience: 5 – 12 Years in biotech/pharma QMS functions

• Key Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Trackwise for deviation handling, risk assessment, and documentation

  • Proficient in root cause analysis, OOS, OOT investigations, equipment qualification, and cGMP compliance
